Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 31st May 2017. Applicant: Motor Fuel Ltd. Address of premises: Convenience Store, Rose Cottage Service Station, 159 Kingston Road, New Malden KT3 3NS. Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and hours of licensable activity: Everyday. Alcohol sales 00.00 to 24.00. Late night refreshment 23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where
the register is kept and the representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address within 28 days of the date of this notice by the 28th June 2017.
