Applications have today been made to the council for the above licence by: Battersea Project Phase 1 Company Limited. Address of premises: Vagabond, Unit 12 Circus West Village, Circus Road West, Phase 1, Battersea Power Station, Battersea, London SW11 8EZ. To provide the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol: Sunday to Thursday 08.00 to 00.00 hours; Friday and Saturday 08.00 to 01.00 hours. Recorded Music and music of a similar description: Sunday to Thursday 08.00 to 00.30 hours, Friday and Saturday 08.00 to 01.30. Live Music indoors: Sunday to Thursday 12.00 noon to 23.00, Friday and Saturday 12.00 noon to 00.00. Film: Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 00.00, Friday and Saturday 10.00 to 01.00. Late night refreshment: Sunday to Thursday 23.00 to 00.00 and Friday and Saturday 23.00 to 01.00. The Premises to be open to the public: Sunday to Thursday 08.00 to 00.30 hours, Friday and Saturday 08.00 to 01.30. Any representations must be submitted in writing to Environmental Services, Wandsworth Council, Safety and Licensing Team, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU or by e-mail licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk by 19th June 2017. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at Wandsworth Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall,Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence, under S158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
