Notice is hereby given that Green's Southgate Limited in respect of Premises known as Green's Steakhouse and Grill,60 Chase Side, London, NI4 5PA applied to London Borough of Enfield for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is to: I. Vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted by the applicant; 2.To remove conditions 5 and 6 under Annex 2 and replace them with conditions set out in the operating schedule regarding the premises operating as a restaurant and off sales; 2. To permit the sale of alcohol and films from 11:00 until 01:00 the following morning and late night refreshment from 23:00 until 01 AO the following morning on Christmas Eve into Christmas Day; 4, To permit off-sales of alcohol to enable the service of food and drink to any external area associated with the premises; 5. To permit late night refreshment both indoors and outdoors in the event of a Street Trading Licence being granted authorising the use of tables and chairs past 23:00 hours; and 6, To permit the exhibition of films from 11:00 until 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 12-00 until 23:30 on Sunday with non-standard timings as stated in the application form.
