I give notice that BXC Development Partners is applying to the London Borough of Bamet for Permission to undertake non-material changes to the Section 73 Planning Permission Ref. No. F/046B7/13:
- Amend the wording of Condition 36.3 to identify that the Net Additional Increase of comparison floorspace (Class A1) within the Brent Cross East Development Zone shall not exceed 56,600m2.
-Amend the wording of Condition 36.8 to allow for retail sales from the second and third floors of the Existing John Lewis Store.
