BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL [WAITING RESTRICTION AND PERMIT PARKING) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,32,35,
45, 46, 49, 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic
Management Act 2004.
Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are:-
To make the addresses listed in Schedule 1 eligible for the issue of parking permits. To remove the addresses listed in Schedule 2 from the existing permit parking areas. To introduce the charges for parking permits as detailed in Schedule 3. To remove the permit parking areas and shared use bays as detailed in Schedule 4.
All of the remaining permit parking areas, hours of operation, waiting restrictions, loading/unloading restrictions, stopping restrictions and disabled parking spaces contained in the Order below will be consolidated into this Order and remain unchanged.
The Order made on the 10th February 2017 and will come into operation on the 1st April 2017 Order to be Consolidated into this Order and revoked:

Copies of this notice, the Order, Plans and the Statement of Reasons may be inspected at the Environment, Culture and Communities Department reception, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 9.0Q a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 15th February 2017, make application for this purpose to the High Court. Resident Permit and/or Business Permit issue. Variations from this policy will be
subject to individual consideration by the Council.

4 hour permits (scratch card) - First 50 Permits - £15
Further 50 permits (by request, only available 6 months after first allocation) - £15 24 hour permits (scratch card) - First 50 Permits - £40
