at Any Time and No Loading restriction on High Street (Part), Melksham; on the eastern side of the highway (adjacent to Lloyds Bank), from its junction with Place Road in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 30m, and to temporarily introduce a No Waiting at Any Time (except taxis) restriction in its place. To enable: a temporary taxi rank to be operated whilst phased construction work is undertaken at Market Place, Melksham. The restriction and temporary taxi rank will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 30 January 2017 and is anticipated to be required until 2 June 2017. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 16 (Part), Christian Malford; for a distance of approximately 100m covering the area of the railway level crossing. The closure is implemented in the interests of public safety due to insufficient warning time for approaching trains. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. An alternative route may be found via Friday Street. This Order which was due to expire on 1 February 2017 will now continue in force until 1 August 2017 or until the completion of the work, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated that the work will take six months to complete. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Local Government Finance Act 1988 The Non-Domestic Ratepayers (Consultation) Regulations 1989
Wiltshire Council has a duty to consult people who are subject to non-domestic rates on property in the county (or bodies representing those people) for the period beginning 1st April 2017.
A meeting to discuss these proposals will be held in the Salisbury Room, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN on 3 February 2017 at 10.30am. Non-domestic ratepayers or their representatives are invited to attend but are requested, if possible, to give notice of their intention to do so to Democratic Services at the address below.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C112 (Part), Bremhill; from a point approximately 300m east of its junction with C113 Dumb Post Hill to a pointapproximately475m south-westofitsjunction with C118 Turf House Lane to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic to enable building works to be completed: Footpath 56 (Part), Corsham; from its junction with Potley Lane in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 230m to its junction with Footpath 57, Corsham. An alternative route will be clearly marked along the boundary of the development. This Order which was due to expire on 1 February 2017 will now continue in force until 1 August 2017 or until completion of the work, whichever is earlier, and it is anticipated that the work will take up to six months to complete. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months.
