LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th November 2016 Cineworld Cinemas Limited applied to Wandsworth Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Cineworld Multiplex Cinema, Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 5TF. The proposed variation is:- 1. To permit alterations and to amend the layout plans that attach to the premises licence. 2. To replace all conditions within Annex 2 with updated, relevant and enforceable conditions. 3. To remove the restrictions on alcohol sales on Good Friday and on Christmas Day. 4. To amend the hours for alcohol sales on Sundays to 10.00 to 23.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU or email email@example.com no later than 15th December 2016 stating the grounds for representations. The register ofWandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council offices at the Customer Services Centre Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
