Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 [Section 96A(4) of the 1990 Act (power to make non-material changes to planning permission)] Proposed development at Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area, North West London, NW2 I give notice that BXC Development Partners Is applying to the London Borough of Barnet For Permission to undertake non-material changes to the Section 73 Planning Permission Ret No. F/04687/13:
- Amend the wording of Condition 13.1 to identify the re-phasing of 6 items from Phase 1A (North) to Phase 1B (South);
Amend the wording of Condition 14.1 to identify High Street South (East) being within Phase IB (South);
Amend the wording of Conditions 20.20 and 20.26 relating to existing Clarefield Park; and
-  Insert a new condition (Condition 20.24) relating to re-phasing of Clitterhouse Playing Fields (Part 1).
Permission to undertake non-material changes to Reserved Matters Approval Ret No. 15/00720/RMA to amend Condition 9 relating to the revised delivery of Clitterhouse Playing Fields (Part 1) and Claremont Park. Permission to undertake non-material changes to Reserved Matters Approval Ret. No. 15/03312/RMA to amend Condition 1 and insert new Condition 1A relating to the approved drawings associated with the re-phased items of highway infrastructure.
