I give notice that London Square Developments And NHS Property Services Ltd is applying to the Kingston Borough Council for planning permission for Demolition of existing Hawks Road Clinic to provide two buildings comprising flexible Use Class E and F2 floorspace and 125 Use Class C3 residential apartments, landscaping, parking facilities, cycle parking facilities, servicing, access and associated public realm improvements, at Hawks Road Clinic Hawks Road Kingston Upon Thames KT1 3EW
The application is for major development. The proposed development may affect the setting of a listed building or the character and appearance of a conservation area.
