NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (CERTIFICATE C) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given of a planning application for the proposed "Demolition of existing buildings on-site and phased mixed-use development comprising 452 residential homes (Class C3) up to six storeys; a Community/Leisure Facility (Class F2) of up to 3 storeys in height, a "Maker Labs" (sui generis) of up to 2 storeys together with basement car parking and site wide landscaping." At Ham Close, Ham, Richmond Upon Thames, TW10 7PG by Hill Residential. Digital access of the application documents, including a site plan of the land affected, and the Environmental Statement, may be inspected at Richmond Council, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ and online at https://www.richmond.gov.uk/services/planning/comment_on_a_planning_application .
Any owner or tenant of the land affected who wishes to make representations must send representations to Richmond Council within 30 days of the publication of this advertisement.
Statement of the owner's rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect the owner's rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenant's rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
