HARMAN ROAD EN1 - TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential utility works on Harman Road, EN1, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Harman Road, EN1) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to;

(i) Prohibit waiting and loading "at any time" on Harman Road, EN1 from its junction with Lincoln Road, EN1 to a point in line with Nos. 23/25 Harman Road EN1;

(ii) Prohibit waiting and loading "at any time" on Harman Road, EN1 from its junction with Lincoln Road, EN1 to a point in line with Nos. 20/22 Harman Road EN1, as and when directed by signage.

(iii)From entering or proceeding on Harman Road at its junction with Lincoln Road, EN1, as and when directed by signage.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.

4. The prohibitions will come into operation on 14 April 2022 and will continue in force for 1 day or until works are completed.

5. Whilst the prohibitions are in force the diversion route will be via Lincoln Road, James Street, John Street and vice versa
