LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (2A)
Disposal of land and buildings at Raynes Park Sports Ground, Taunton Avenue, Raynes Park SW20 0BH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Merton intends to dispose of land and buildings at Raynes Park Sports Ground, Taunton Avenue, Raynes Park SW20 0BH ("the Property") in the London Borough of Merton, by way of the grant of a lease for a term of twenty five years to allow the Property to be used for the purpose of a sports and leisure facility and associated sports ground. A plan identifying the Property may be inspected at Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX between the hours of 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday or online at https://www.merton.gov.uk/council-and-local-democracy/council-land-and-property
