THE KINGSTON UPON THAMES (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 58) ORDER 2021 THE KINGSTON UPON THAMES (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (AMENDMENT NO. 33) TRAFFIC ORDER 2021 THE KINGSTON UPON THAMES (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO. 2) TRAFFIC ORDER 2021.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames on 13th December 2021 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 84 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders, which will come into force on 20th December 2021 will be to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of the following Orders:

The Kingston upon Thames (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 31) Experimental Order 2020;
? The Kingston upon Thames (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 31) Experimental Order 2020;

? The Kingston upon Thames (Prescribed Routes) (Amendment No. 15) Experimental Traffic Order 2020; and

? The Kingston upon Thames (20 MPH Speed Limit) (No. 3) Experimental Traffic Order 2020.

3. The effect of the Orders is to retain on a permanent basis:

(a) the width restrictions (applying to vehicles exceeding 2.13 metres in width) in:

(i) Crescent Road, Kingston (outside and opposite No. 70); and

(ii) Queen's Road, Kingston (outside and opposite Sunningdale Court).

(b) the minor changes to the layout of "shared use" parking places and double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions in the vicinity of the width restrictions referred to in paragraph (a) above;

(c)the 20mph speed limit in Crescent Road, Liverpool Road and Queen's Road, Kingston.
4. Copies of the Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected until 24th January 2022 at Council libraries, or alternatively:

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
