BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (A322 BAGSHOT ROAD, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council Intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, In accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from travelling greater than 30mph along:

a) A322 Bagshot Road, Bracknell between the junction of Sports Centre Roundabout and Coral Reef junction

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public &

worker safety.

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 04th January 2022, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closures will be in place between the 04th January 2022 - 30th April 2022. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated - 13th December 2021 Andrew Hunter
