TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 201S OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at the Site known as High Road West, London N17. We give notice that Lendlease (High Road West) Limited is applying to the London Borough of Haringey for planning permission for

"Hybrid Planning application seeking permission fori) outline component comprising the demolition of existing buildings and for the creation of a new mixed-use development including residential (Use Class C3), commercial, business and service (Use Class E), leisure (Use Class E), community uses (Use Class F1/F2) and Sui Generis uses together with the creation of a new public square, park and associated access, parking and public realm works with matters of layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access within the site reserved for subsequent approval and 2) detailed component comprising Plot A including the demolition of existing buildings and the creation of new residential floorspace (Use Class C3) together with landscaping, parking and other associated works." Any owner' of the land or tenant" who wishes to make representation about this application should write to the Council at Planning Department, London Borough of Haringey, Civic Centre, 255 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8LE within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.

* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of materials, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).

" "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprise in the land. Statement of owner's rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owner's rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.

Statement of agricultural tenant's rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenant's security of tenure.
