ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Ham Farm Road, Ham
(Ref: 21/181)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate an electric connection they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Ham Farm Road, Ham.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Ham Farm Road, from a point outside the north-western boundary of No. 7 Ham Farm Road to a point outside the south-eastern boundary of Ham Farm Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 25 October 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 25 October 2021 until 29 October 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Ham Farm Avenue, Parkleys Road and Ham Farm Road.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate outdoor hospitality they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Whittaker Avenue, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Whittaker Avenue, from the south-western kerb-line, north-eastwards for a distance of 7 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 27 October 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 27 October 2021 until 3 December 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 23

Zebra Crossing Bridge Street, Richmond

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames under powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to introduce a zebra crossing on Bridge Street, Richmond
The zebra crossing will be sited on A305 Bridge Street. The control area will extend from a point 21 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Hill Rise, south-westwards for a distance of 38.5 metres. The crossing area will be sited outside Palm Court.
A drawing showing the proposed design will be available for public inspection for a period of 21 days from the date of this notice, quoting reference 21/172, at: -
(a) the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; or
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.Gov.uk/public_notices

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (SPECIAL EVENTS) (CABBAGE PATCH 10 RUN) ORDER 2021 RICHMOND ROAD AND LEBANON PARK, TWICKENHAM

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames hereby gives notice that on 11 October 2021 they made the above-named Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The purpose of the Order is to allow for the Cabbage Patch 10 Run event to take place on the public highway. The event will take place on Sunday 17 October 2021 at the times specified in paragraph 3 below.

3. Whilst the event is taking place: -

(a) no person may drive any vehicle along any part of Lebanon Park from its junction with Richmond Road. This restriction will apply between 9am and Noon and when prescribed traffic signs are displayed,

(b) no person may permit any vehicle to enter Sion Road at its junction with Richmond Road 9am and Noon and when prescribed traffic signs are displayed,

(c) no person may permit any vehicle including public buses to proceed in the bus lane in Richmond Road. This suspension will apply between 10am and 1pm and when prescribed traffic signs are displayed

4. Nothing in this Order will apply to:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

(b) any vehicle being used by a statutory undertaker, whereby it is necessary by reason of an emergency, for that vehicle to have access to part of the street under restriction;

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions or restrictions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Waiting Restricitons Priory Road and Tudor Road, Hampton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water main repair they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce waiting restrictions in Priory Road and Tudor Road, Hampton.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of road: -

(a) Priory Road, from a point 30 metres wet of the western kerb-line of Tudor Road to a point 30 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Tudor Road;

(b) Tudor Road, from a point 30 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Priory Road to a point 30 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Priory Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 26 October 2021. The restrictions will operate on 26 and 27 October 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Road Closure White Hart Lane, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Network Rail maintenance works at the level crossing they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a level crossing closure in White Hart Lane, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed over the level crossing in White Hart Lane where relevant signs and/or cones are placed.

3. Whilst White Hart Lane level crossing is closed, an alternative route for traffic will be via Mortlake High Street, Sheen Lane, Upper Richmond Road West, Priests Bridge and White Hart lane in both directions.

4. The order will come into effect on 27 October 2021. The restrictions will operate from 11.30pm on 27 October 2021 until 6.30am on 28 October 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The restrictions will operate on a rolling basis.

3. The order will come into effect on 20 October 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 October 2021 until 18 March 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
