PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONAL "NO WAITING AT ANY TIME" RESTRICTIONS IN BEWLEY STREET
THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to further amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977 so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for up to 40 minutes) would be prohibited at any time in the lengths of street specified in the Schedule to this notice.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan which indicates the lengths of street to which the Order relates can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4. Any person desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to

PROVISION OF DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES
THE MERTON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (NO. *1 ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Order.

2. The general effect of the above mentioned Order would be to: -

(a) designate a parking place partially on the footway and partially on the carriageway at the location listed in the Schedule to this Notice in which vehicles authorised by the Order may be left for any period without charge;

(b) provide that the parking place would operate at all times, unless otherwise stated;

(c) specify, in respect of the parking place, that vehicles displaying in the relevant position, a disabled persons badge (commonly referred to as "the Blue Badge") issued by any local authority under the provisions of the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) Regulations 2000 may be left therein;

(d) provide that certain vehicles may wait in the parking place in certain circumstances, e.g. to allow persons to board or alight (maximum 2 minutes), to load or unload (maximum 20 minutes), etc.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Orders.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to convert sections of existing parking places in lengths of roads generally fronting the locations referred to in the Schedule to this notice, to single yellow line waiting restrictions matching the operational times of the controlled parking zone operating at each of those locations to facilitate proposed vehicle crossovers.

3. A copy of each of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the roads or lengths of roads to which the Orders relate, can be inspected Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden. Documents are also available for inspection at

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

(HENFIELD ROAD, SW19) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate gas main replacement works in Henfield Road, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.

2. During the works, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:

(a) enter or proceed in Henfield Road, from the north-eastern kerb-line of Merton Hall Road north-eastward for a distance of 20 metres; or

(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in paragraph (a) above.

3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in paragraph 2(a) above will be suspended for the duration of the works.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply: -

(a) to any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or

(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes or

(d) so as to prevent vehicular access to premises in or adjacent to the road or length of road specified in paragraph 2(a) above.

6. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Merton Hall Road, Kingston Road and Wilton Crescent or vice-versa.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

8. The Order will come into operation on Monday 13th September 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Sunday 3rd October 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

(RIDGWAY PLACE, SW19) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate sewer connection and ancillary works in Ridgway Place, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the said road.

2. During the works no person will:-

(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Ridgway Place, SW19, between the common boundary of Nos. 14 and 16 Ridgway Place and a point 15 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Ridgway Place; or

(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the length of Ridgway Place specified in sub-paragraph (a) above; or

(c) proceed or enter on foot in the footway immediately adjacent No. 18 Ridgway Place.

3. Any designated parking place situated in the length of Ridgway Place specified in paragraph 2 above will be suspended for the duration of the works in that length of road.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any person or vehicle engaged in the execution of the said works; or

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or

(d) any person requiring access to properties adjacent to the prohibited length of road, insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

6. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Ridgway, Murray Road, Spencer Hill and Worple Road or vice-versa.

7. Pedestrian traffic affected by the footway closure should proceed using the footway opposite.

8. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

9. The Order will come into operation on Monday 20th September 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 1st October 2021. However, the Order remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(11

NELSON GROVE ROAD AND PINCOTT ROAD. SW19 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate development works in High Path, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic in Nelson Grove Road and Pincott Road, SW19.

2. During the works, no person will:-

(a) cause or permit any vehicle to:-

(i) proceed in Pincott Road, between its junction with Nelson Grove Road and its junction with High Path, other than in a southbound direction; or

(ii) proceed in Nelson Grove Road, between its junction with Pincott Road and its junction with Rodney Place, other than in an eastbound direction; or

(iii) turn left into Nelson Grove Road from Rodney Place; or

(iv) turn right into Nelson Grove Road from Doel Close; or

(v) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading that vehicle, in:-

(I) Nelson Grove Road, the south side, between its junction with Pincott Road and the western boundary of No. 68 Nelson Grove Road;

(II) Pincott Road, both sides, between its junction with Nelson Grove Road and its junction with High Path;

(b) enter or proceed on the footways immediately adjacent to:-

(i) Pincott Road, the east side, between its junction with Nelson Grove and its junction with High Path; or

(ii) Nelson Grove Road, the south side, between its junction with Pincott Road and the western boundary of No. 68 Nelson Grove Road.

3. Any designated parking place situated in the lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs 2(a)(v)(l) and (II) above will be suspended for the duration of the works.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Vehicular traffic affected by the one-way measures should proceed via High Path, Abbey Road and Merton High Street.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply: -

(a) to any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or for the loading or unloading of construction delivery vehicles; or

(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer; or

(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or

(d) so as to prevent vehicular access to premises in or adjacent to the lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs 2(a)(i) and (ii) above; or

(e) so as to prevent pedestrian access to premises in or adjacent to the lengths of footway specified in sub-paragraphs 2(b)(i) and (ii) above.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

8. The Order will come into operation on Monday 20th September, 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months.
