BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (B3022 NORTH STREET, WINKFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Experimental Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to be in operation from 14th June 2021 to 14th January 2023 for a duration of 18 months.
Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to:
i) remove 'no waiting at any time' restrictions from the northern side of B3022 North Street from the western boundary of Peters Cottage westwards for a distance of 57 metres;

ii) introduce 'no waiting at any time' restrictions on the southern side of B3022 North Street from a point 17 metres east of its junction with Paddock Gate eastwards for a distance of 80 metres.

The Experimental Order is introduced to allow the Council to implement the restrictions with immediate effect.
Objections:
Any person wishing to make representations whether to object to or support the Order before it is made permanent must do in writing to Andrew Hunter, Director of Place, Planning & Regeneration, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via email to

by no later than the 14th January 2022.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 9th day of June 2021, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
