Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, as amended by the Education Act 2011, that Surrey County Council, intends to make a prescribed alteration to Stamford Green Primary School, Christ Church Mount, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8LU from 1 September 2021.
Surrey County Council and the Governing Body of Stamford Green Primary School are proposing to lower the age range of Stamford Green Primary School in Epsom from 4 to 11 years to 2 to 11 years from 1 September 2021. Surrey County Council has complied with all applicable statutory requirements to consult in connection with this proposal. At the conclusion of the Notice period, if permission is granted by the Cabinet Member for All Age Learning, Surrey County Council will implement the proposal.
