The Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames has received an application for planning permission, listed building consent or conservation area consent for the development briefly described in the schedules hereto.
During normal circumstances the application can be viewed by appointment at the Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU. However, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and to ensure the council can continue to provide support to residents and service users, Guildhall 2 is closed to the public.
