COUNCIL TAX 2021/2022
In accordance with section 38(2) of the Local Government Finance act 1992 Wandsworth Borough Council, the billing authority, hereby gives notice that it has set the following amounts of Council Tax for the financial year 2021 /2022 for each of the categories of dwellings shown below:-
Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators' Levy Area
All other parts of the Borough
The amounts are higher for households within the area of Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators, in order to cover the cost of the Conservators' levy.
Actual bills may be less as a result of discounts.

Long-term empty premium
In accordance with the Rating (Property in Common Occupation) and Council Tax (Empty Dwellings) Act 2018, properties which have remained vacant (empty and unfurnished) for a significant amount of time will now attract an additional premium of council tax as follows: -
- 100% extra premium for properties vacant over 2 years from 1 st April 2019
- 200% extra premium for properties vacant over 5 years from 1st April 2020
- 300% extra premium for properties vacant over 10 years from 1st April 2021
