LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Crosstown Dough Ltd has applied to Wandsworth Council on 22nd February 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Crosstown's Bakery; Unit 8, Urrford Street Business Estate, 2 Linford Street London SW8 4AB for the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 21:00 as more particularly set out in the application and plan attached thereto.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to:

, by no later than 22nd March 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (arcept Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the above address between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm or on the Council's website

 It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
