NIGHTINGALE ROAD N9 BY ACCESS TO DELTA ACADEMY - PROVISION OF A ZEBRA PEDESTRIAN CROSSING

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) has approved, under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the introduction of a zebra pedestrian crossing in Nightingale Road N9 south of the junction with the access road to Delta Academy. The extent of the crossing including the associated zig-zag markings (which would prohibit all vehicles from stopping on them for any reason at all times) would be as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
2. Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic the statement of reasons and plan cannot currently be inspected at the Civic Centre. However, in line with guidance from the Department for Transport, the following alternative arrangements have been made:
