Notice is given that Begin Braintree Ltd having appealed to the Secretary of State (ref: APP/Z1510/W/20/3253661) against the refusal of Braintree District Council to grant outline planning permission for the erection of up to 250 dwellings with associated works (access details only) (LPA ref: 18/00549/OUT) is intending to submit revised plans for determination by the Secretary of State at the public inquiry to be held on 17 November 2020.
To enable interested parties to comment on the revised proposals, the plan can be viewed via the website of Emery Planning http://www.emeryplanning.com/public-consultation/Braintree-appeal or alternatively a prior appointment can be made (telephone the Council to arrange on 01376 552525) to view the plan at the Council offices: Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB. Any party wishing to make comments on the revised plans may do so in writing to: Emery Planning, Unit 2-4 South Park Court, Hobson Street, Macclesfield, SK11 8BS or by email: info@emeryplanning.com within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
Representations can be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, even if marked confidential or similar.
