Notice is given that Begin Braintree Ltd having appealed to the Secretary of State (ref: APP/Z1510/W/20/3253661) against the refusal of Braintree District Council to grant outline planning permission for the erection of up to 250 dwellings with associated works (access details only) (LPA ref: 18/00549/OUT) is intending to submit revised plans for determination by the Secretary of State at the public inquiry to be held on 17 November 2020.
To enable interested parties to comment on the revised proposals, the plan can be viewed via the website of Emery Planning http://www.emeryplanning.com/public-consultation/Braintree-appeal or alternatively a prior appointment can be made (telephone the Council to arrange on 01376 552525) to view the plan at the Council offices: Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB.
