PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Royal Borough Of Kingston Upon Thames to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 29th July 2020. Applicant Shell Uk Oil Products Limited.Address of premises: Shell Ace Of Spades Hook Rise North, Surbiton, KT6 5AT. Proposed variation to the licensable activities: I. Extend the alcohol sales hours for consumption off the premises to 24 hours per days, seven days a week. 2. Add a condition to the premises licence. 3. Remove a condition from the premises licence 4. Replace an outdated condition shown on the premises licence with an updated condition. 5. Change of internal layout and therefore update the plan attached to the premises licence.
