ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Hanworth Road, Whitton (Reference 20/098)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Hanworth Road, Whitton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the Slip Road, adjacent to Hanworth Road, from a point outside No. 660 Hanworth Road to a point outside No. 666 Hanworth Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 6 July 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 6 July 2020 until 10 July 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Marchmont Road, Richmond (Ref: 20/089)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Marchmont Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Marchmont Road, on its south-western side from a point 12 metres north-west of the south-eastern boundary of No. 4 Marchmont Road, north-westwards for a distance of 18 metres (3 parking bays).

3. The Order will come into effect on 25 June 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 25 June 2020 until 25 September 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Ham Gate Avenue, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to prevent obstructive parking and to protect the public they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a introduce a prohibition of traffic in Church Road, Ham Gate Avenue, and Latchmere Lane, Ham.

2. Whilst the Notice remains in force, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand at any time in:-

(a) Ham Gate Avenue between its junctions with Petersham Road and a point 20 metres north-east of the eastern kerb-line of Church Road,
(i) on its southwestern side; and
(ii) on its north-eastern side to such an extend as indicated by signs/cones;
(b) Latchmere Lane, from its junction with Church Road, southwards for a distance of 15 metres;

(c) Church Road, from its junction with Ham Gate Avenue, southwards for a distance of 30 metres.

3. The restrictions will come into force on 27 June 2020 continuing

in force the provisions of a Notice made under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and shall remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of highway works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer;

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs, lines and/or cones.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Hill Rise, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Hill Rise, Richmond

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Hill Rise between its junctions with Petersham Road and The Vineyard. Access will be maintained where practicable.

3. The order will come into effect on 26 June 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 8pm and 11 pm on 26 and 27 June 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Peldon Court, Richmond

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Peldon Court from a point outside No. 31 Peldon Court to a point outside No. 56 Peldon Court.

3. The order will come into effect on 30 June 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 1 pm and 2pm on 30 June 2020 only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Trinity Church Road, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Trinity Church Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Trinity Church Road on its south-west side, from a point 34 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Castelnau south-eastwards for a distance of 25 metres.

3. The Order will come into effect on 29 June 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 29 June 2020 until 14 August 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Vine Road, Barnes (Ref: 20/091)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate essential Level Crossing maintenance works at Barnes they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a level crossing closure in Vine Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Vine Road, Barnes at its level crossing where relevant signs and/or cones are placed.

3. Whilst Vine Road, Richmond is closed, an alternative route for diverted traffic will be Upper Richmond Road, Rocks Lane, Mill Hill Road and Station Road in both directions.

4. The order will come into effect on 28 June 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 23.00 on 28 June 2020 until 06.00 on 29 June 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
