Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence.

Notice is hereby given that Teodoro Carmine Grasso has applied to Wandsworth Council to vary the premises licence at Mesa Restaurant, 74/74a Battersea Rise, London SW11 1 EH as follows Increase the amount of time during a day that alcohol may be sold to be placed in line with the existing opening hours of the premises as per Planning Permission Variation of Condition ref 2019/2172 as follow from 1030 to 2330 Monday to Thursday, 1030 to 0000 (midnight) Friday to Saturday and 1030 to 2200 Sunday. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by end of consultation date stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email:

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a variation to a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000._
