Replace existing single glazed sash windows with double glazed sash windows. 20/00541/FLH 14 Worple Road, Epsom, Surrey
Replacement of all existing timber framed sash windows with new timber framed sash windows and the replacement of the existing natural slate roof tiles with new natural slates 20/00533/FLH 33 Higher Green, Ewell, Surrey
Replacement of the existing single glazed, crittall leaded window with double glazed, aluminium, leaded window into the existing wooden frames and sill of the dining room bay window on the front elevation. 20/00527/FUL Ewell Castle School, Church Street, Ewell
Two new single storey practice rooms for the Music School. The new practice rooms are timber clad to blend in with the surrounding parkland setting and are located symmetrically one either side of the Music School. Each unit is prefabricated and specifically designed to be sound proofed so that there is minimal sound breakout to the surrounding environment Each practice room has external dimensions of 5x4m and a height of 2.8m.
