LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The Watchman, 148 High Street, New Malden, KT3 4ES. The application seeks to amend the premises licence with the following changes:- To permit a terminal time of 0000 Monday to Sunday for the sale alcohol To permit a terminal time of 0000 Monday to Sunday for the provision of Late Night Refreshment To amend the opening time of the premises to 0800 to 0030 Monday to Sunday . To remove condition 12 in Annex 2 of the Premises Licence. at any time. A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KTI IEU. Written representations must be received no later than 30th March 2020. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
