Notice is hereby given that Viper Rooms UK Limited has applied to the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Viper Rooms, Riverside Walk, Kingston Upon Thames, KTI IPH.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: the provision of regulated entertainment (to include live music, recorded music, and performances of dance) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 to OZOO the following morning and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday IftOO to 03:30 the following morning. The sale of alcohol Sunday MondayTTuesday and Thursday 10:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday IftOO to 03:00 the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning and Wednesday, Friday ana Saturday 23:00 to 03:30 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday IChOO to 02:30 the following morning and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 03:30 the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston Upon Thames, KTI IEU, no later than 6 February2020 stating the grounds for objectionThe register of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
