For planning permission: Demolition of the existing buildings on the site and construction of 1 new building ranging from 6 to 10 storeys in height comprising of office (Use Class B1a) to accommodate co-working and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on all floors, light industrial (Use Class B1c) at the rear of the ground floor (plus partial mezzanine) and at basement level; dual use of the first, second and third floors of office (Use Class B1a) light industrial (Use Class B1 c) and ancillary facilities, public realm improvements, and associated landscaping. 20% of the total floorspace within the building (all of Level 4 and Level 5) will be Managed Workspace.
