Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as North End Tavern, 245 Cheam Common Road, Worcester Park, KT4 8ST applied to London Borough of Sutton for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation Is: I.To extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment (in the form of films and live musk) and late night refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays to 01.-00 hours the following day. 2. To extend the opening hours to allow the premises to dose at 01:30 hours the following morning on Fridays and Saturdays. 3. To extend the start time for opening hours to start from 07:00 hours Mondays to Sundays (including standard and non-standard timings) to allow for breakfast opening. 4. An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime commences, 5. Additional non-standard timings for notable days are also sought, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. 6. To amend a condition regarding the use of toughened glass following consultation with the Police Licensing Officer. Please see application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing -Regulatory Services, London Borough of Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, SM5 2JG, no later than 28 November 2019 stating the grounds for representation.
