1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 19th August 2019 the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004:-

2. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. 4) Order 2019 is to:

(a) designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person's badge (referred to in this notice as a "mandatory bay"):
(i) outside No. 104 Carslake Road

(ii) outside No. 47 Fallsbrook Road

(iii) outside No. 54 Fallsbrook Road

(iv) outside Nos. 13 to 23 Laverstoke Gardens;

(v) outside No. 17 Netherfield Road; and

(vi) outside Nos. 185 to 207 Strathdon Drive;

(b) relocate a similar mandatory bay outside Keswick

Court, on the south-east side of Keswick Road, to a location approximately 12.5 metres to the north­east of its current position; and (c) revoke the mandatory bays listed in paragraph 3(a) below.
3. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. 2) Order 2019 to

(a) re-designate the following mandatory bays as parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying the disabled resident's parking permit numbered as specified below (referred to in this notice as a "resident-specific bay"):
(i) outside "John Keall House", Henry Jackson Road, numbered DB186;

(ii) outside Nos 185 to 207 Strathdon Drive, numbered DB187; and (b) to revoke the existing resident-specific bays:

(i) outside No. 15 Beclands Road (DB168)

(ii) outside No. 104 Belleville Road (DB129)

(iii) outside No. 13 Laverstoke Gardens (DB133)

(iv) outside No. 7 Glycena Road (DB143) and

(v) outside No. 57 Laitwood Road (DB126).

4. Insofar as the mandatory bays mentioned in paragraph 2 above are within the Clapham Junction, Clapham South, Garratt Green, Putney, and Wandsworth Common Controlled Parking Zones, the general effect of the Parking Places Orders relating to the said zones is to shorten, re-designate or lengthen the adjoining CPZ parking places to take account of the proposed new, relocated and revoked mandatory bays and resident-specific bays.

5. Copies of the orders, which will come into operation on 27th August 2019 and of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the orders are made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

6. Copies of the orders may be obtained from the Department of Environment and Community Services at the address given below quoting reference W/CS/TMO 1756B - telephone number (020) 8487 5279.

7. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act have not been complied with in relation to the orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the orders are made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
