ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Broom Road, Teddington
(Reference 19/121)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Broom Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Broom Road, from a point outside the rear of the Anglers Hotel, south-eastwards to a point outside the rear of the Teddington Riverside Development Site.

3. The order will come into effect on 29 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 29 July 2019 until 2 August 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Ferry Road, Kingston Road and St Winifreds Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restricitons Hanworth Road, Whitton
(Ref: 19/122)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection, they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Hanworth Road, Whitton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Hanworth Road, Whitton from a point outside No. 592 Hanworth Road to a point outside No. 600 Hanworth Road.

3. The Order will come into effect on 5 August 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 5 August 2019 until 8 August 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Glendower Road, East Sheen

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a district meter repair, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Glendower Road, East Sheen.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Glendower Road, Barnes from its junction with South Worple Way southwards for a distance of 20 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 5 August 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 5 August 2019 until 9 August 2019, with back up dates of 19 August 2019 until 23 August 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via South Worple Way, Church Avenue, Vernon Road and Glendower Road for westbound traffic, and via Alexandra Road, Paynesfield Avenue, Upper Richmond Road West, Portman Avenue and Glendower Road for eastbound traffic.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

3. The order will come into effect on 22 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 22 July 2019 until 28 July 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Ferry Road, Kingston Road and St Winifreds Road.

Temporary Road Closure Coleshill Road and Hampton Road, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Coleshill Road and Hampton Road, Teddington

2. Whilst the works take place,

(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Coleshill Road at its junction with Hampton Road;

(b) no person proceeding in a northerly direction on Queens Road, Teddington shall, upon reaching the junction with Hampton Road, cause or permit any vehicle to left into Hampton Road;

(c) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Hampton Road between its junction with Coleshill Road and a point outside the western boundary of Shrewsbury House

3. The order will come into effect on 25 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from on 25 July 2019, until 16 August 2019, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Coleshill Road, Hampton Road, Queens Road, Coleshill Road, Hampton Road, Stanley Road, South Road, Wellington Road and Hampton Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in High Street, Hampton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in High Street, Hampton between its junctions with Station Road, Hampton and Mount Mews.

3. The order will come into effect on 22 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 22 July 2019 until 28 July 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Church Street and Thames Street.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Riverside, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Riverside between its junctions with Ferry Road and Sion Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 29 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 29 July 2019 until 2 August 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Lebanon Park, Richmond Roped, Arragon Road, Church Street and Church Lane.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
