Notice Is hereby given that VBO Lounge & Bar Restaurant has/ have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises License/Club Premises Certificate* to permit: the premises to provide range of recorded music (live & dj), foods, beverages and alcohol from 11.00hrs till 06.00hrs Monday to Sunday on the premises (c) VBO Lounge & Bar situated at 1-3 Northampton Road Enfield EN3 7UL. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting
and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to
licensing@enfield.gov.ukwithin 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Enfield, Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XH, or by emailing

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relite to one or more of the lour Licensing Dbjectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection ol children Irom harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises license. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
