Peggy Howard-Rice Peggy Stean Howard-Rice (formerly Harvey). Passed away peacefully at Walton Heath Manor on Saturday April 23, aged 101. Much loved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Funeral service at 12.15pm on Monday May 30 at St Giles' and St George's Church, Park Lane, Ashtead, KT21 1EJ. Family flowers only. Then, Randalls Park Crematorium, Leatherhead, KT22 0AG (immediate family only). Donations please to Princess Alice Hospice, Esher. Refreshments at the Royal Automobile Club, Woodcote Park, Epsom, KT18 7EW.
