Dennis William Eldridge of Woodberry Way, North Chingford, died peacefully on 9 September 2019, aged 92, at The Margaret Centre, Whipps Cross Hospital. Dennis is survived by his wife, Helena, four sons, six grandchildren and one great-grandson. He will be deeply missed by all. The family is sincerely grateful to the staff at The Margaret Centre, and on the Primrose Ward, for their skill, care and kindness during his short stay. All are welcome to attend the funeral service at North Chingford Methodist Church on Thursday 26 September at 10.30am, which will be followed by interment at Chingford Mount Cemetery. No flowers please, as Dennis wished instead for donations to the British Heart Foundation. God rest his soul.
