My first time going into the bureau was very nerve-wracking as I had never used a service like this before and didn’t know what to expect. I was meet by a lovely young lady, she completely put my mind at ease and was brilliant.

She explained to me what the best next step would be and what I should do which really helped get rid of a lot of the stress that my situation had put me in.

If it hadn’t been for the Epsom Citizens Advice Bureau and the AMAZING work they do I don’t know where I would be. They are brilliant and offer you so much support.
