Letter to the Editor: New Kingston Hospital ticket machines are pay on exit
John Tuthill (New Kingston Hospital ticket machines are uncharitable) should no longer worry about how long to pay for in Kingston Hospital car park.
The new machines, which require you to provide your registration number, are part of a pay-on-exit system.
