England captain Chris Robshaw had his mood lightened as Quins claimed their second piece of silverware this season with a 32-14 LV= Cup final win over Sale Sharks on Sunday.

Robshaw and England team mates Mike Brown, Joe Marler and Danny Care were faces in the crowd at Sixways stadium as director of rugby Conor O'Shea's men added to their A League title triumph earlier this season.

Tries from Tom Williams and Tom Guest - plus eight points from the reliable boot of Ben Botica -  gave Quins an 18-6 advantage at the break - with Danny Cipriani was twice on target for the Sharks.

Another Cipriani penalty opened the scoring after the restart, but Tom Casson hit back immediately for Quins and a score from skipper Luke Wallace made Johnny Leota's response a consolation.
