Chertsey Town have been told by the FA that they will take their place in the Southern League next season after Guildford City withdrew their arbitration appeal.
The Curfews finished last season in second place, but champions City were denied promotion because of ground grading problems.
Manager Spencer Day has confirmed he wishes to remain at Chertsey, and will begin preparing his squad for life at a higher level. The season kicks-off on August 13.
