Skipper Alan Inns has admitted Ks have probably blown any chance of promotion.
Boss Tommy Williams’ men compounded Good Friday’s disappointing 1-1 draw with Canvey Island by slumping 2-0 at relegation threatened Hampton & Richmond Borough on Monday.
Kingstonian are now four points adrift of the top five having started the weekend only two points behind fifth-placed Grays Athletic.
Williams says maximum points from the club’s last three Ryman Premier League games would still give them a chance of landing a play-off place.
But Inns remains unconvinced they can still make a challenge.
“The weekend summed up our season. We were fantastic at Billericay last week and followed that up with two poor performances,” he said.
“Three wins would put us very close, but we are relying on a lot of teams to muck things up.
“Realistically it is not going to happen for us.”
