Surrey County Indoor Bowling Association played the second county match in the over-sixties league against Berkshire County Bowling Association at Sutton.

Results: At home two matches were drawn. Mike Lambert (skip) 22-22 against, Long (skip Berks) and Jim Scott (skip) 15-15 against Parsonson (skip Berks) John Gale (skip) had a good win 34-14 against Moss (skip Berks).

All rinks away done the business winning on all rinks, Bob Bass (skip) beat Brooks(skip Berks)..21-17...John Cook (skip) beat Nash (skip Berks) 24-6...& Dave Clark (skip) beat Jones (skip Berks) 19-15.

The overall result Surrey 135 Berkshire 89 League points 24-2.

The following match against Hampshire County B.A.was played at home at Sutton and away at Bannister Park.
