Surrey team manager David Candeland was proud of the way his team fought despite going down 122-110 in their latest Home Counties League clash against a very strong Kent side.
Surrey won on three rinks and drew on another, but two heavy defeats saw Kent take the spoils.
There were only three shots in it after 19 ends before two costly dropped fours saw the match slip away from Surrey, who take seven points to Kent’s 15.
