Esher winger Phil Mackenzie scored a dramatic late try as his side beat Leeds Carnegie 24-22 to land a Championship relegation lifeline.
Director of rugby Mike Schmid's men had trailed 22-17 at Headingley as the match ticked into stoppage time, before Mackenzie bumped his way over for fly half Mark Atkinson to kick the winning conversion.
The win, only Esher's third of the season, means the Molesey Road outfit take another win bonus point into the relegation play-offs having beaten fellow strugglers London Scottish 24-14 last week.
