A brace from Colchester United's Steven Gillespie saw Brentford let a 1-0 lead slip to crash 2-1 in League One on Tuesday.
Winger Niall McGinn had given the Bees the lead on 57 minutes, but Gillespie hit in the last ten minutes as United performed a smash and grab raid on the points.
