Surbiton Ladies secured a top four WHL Premier Division finish with a 4-1 triumph over league leaders Canterbury on Saturday.
An Abi Robinson brace added to goals from Sarah Page and Sophie Fisher-Norton – her first in the first team – at Sugden Road as the visitors conceded their first goals since November in only their second defeat of the campaign.
Surbiton, who only needed a point to qualify for the end of season championship play-offs, go to Bowdon Hightown on Saturday and can still top the table with two games of the regular campaign to go.
