Laura Mason from Chessington, Surrey weighed 17 stone 3 lbs a year ago and now weighs 9 stone 5lbs. Initially she started losing weight to complete a sky dive, but was massively over the maximum weight of 13 stone.

She lost the weight she needed to and completed the sky dive on 27th August 2016 and raised £500 for the Make A Wish Foundation. She started running as part of her weight loss routine and recently ran 10k for Cancer Research UK and raised £200 for the charity.

Her weight loss was such a massive achievement for her and she is glad to be able to do good with what she has accomplished by giving back.

Now she is in training for the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 8th October to raise as much money as she can for NSPCC, and really needs help to get to her target of £400.
