East Molesey's Sapphires Nursery School Sports Day and Big Family Picnic 2017 will be taking place at the East Molesey Cricket Club on Friday, 7th July - celebrating the importance of building local community in such challenging times as this.
With an anticipated crowd of 200-300, the Deputy Mayor of Elmsbridge will be speaking just after 10am following our opening parade that will be followed by action packed events - Father's Tug of War, face painting, balloon modelling, playball, action Amanda and a charity colouring competition to raise money for the charity, Rhema.
Local businesses have very generously given prizes for the best works of art! Our giant mascot, Molesey, (a mole that lives on the banks of the River Mole) will be welcoming all guests and it looks set to be a scorcher.
