Recently members of the Surrey Masonic Charity Team led by Nick Parsons were delighted to visit Home-Start Sutton to present a certificate reflecting the £5,000 Grant received from the Masonic Charitable Foundation to enable the continued provision of volunteer home support and family support groups to vulnerable families with a child under 5 years old.

During the visit the team heard first hand about the incredible work the charity undertakes and how the MCF Grant will be directed to assisting young children prepare for Primary School.

Judith Armstrong Scheme Manager for the charity said, “We are thrilled to have received this grant from Masonic Charitable Foundation, we are very excited about the new project it will help fund, supporting parents involvement in their child's learning and development in preparation for nursery and school. Having a positive start in life has such a huge impact on children's life chances it is our privilege to be able to walk alongside parents as they strive to do the best for their children.”
